For many people, especially business people constantly on the go, eating healthy during the work day isn't always easy.

However, rather than just eat a sandwich in five minutes or less, or stop at a fast food restaurant for a hamburger and fries, there are healthy alternatives.

Join Carly Sopko, RDN and Retail Dietitian at ShopRite of Washington, for an informative session that will provide you with alternative food choices and eating habits during the day, combining healthy food options and other tips that will make you feel better all day.

The Lunch & Learn is scheduled for Thursday July 13, starting at 11:45 at Pasta Grill by Enzo, Route 57, Washington. There will be ample time for both a presentation and questions and answers.

Sopko will offer great ideas for breakfast when you don't have time to turn on the stove, lunch when you're out and about and dinner when you arrive home after a long day's work. She will also talk about perfect snacks to take with you on busy days or even road trips.

To register  for this event, click on the "Buy Now" button at the top of this page. Cost for the lunch is $15 (includes full lunch) in advance ($20 at the door on the day of the event).
